Bailey is a born-and-bred Tyler native that finally made her way back to East Texas after doing a post-grad walkabout around the south-central U.S. As the Operations Manager, Bailey can do two things she loves: operationally-focused business management and be involved in the fabulous events that take place at WorkHub. The thought of delving into the coworking industry and growing a concept that is still fairly new to Tyler was the buttercream icing on a job offer that she just couldn’t refuse.
After graduating from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a degree in Marketing, Bailey took jobs in Arkansas and then Phoenix where she assisted with event management at Kendra Scott. Living in a few different states was fun, but home is where the heart is—and she couldn’t deny the call to return to the great piney woods.
Fun facts about Bailey are that she can out needlepoint even the most dexterous granny, she always has a “dad joke” ready to fire off at any given moment, and if you ask her for advice—it’s pretty much always guaranteed to be “BE BRAVE.” If she doesn’t tell you with her words, she may just hold up the permanent reminder on her forearm.
