Job Scope

WorkHub is looking for a friendly, energetic, people-loving, go-getter to be our Hospitality Host during the summer months. This role is critical for creating a welcoming feeling and first impressions when entering WorkHub.

Skills Required

  • Outstanding customer service and hospitality skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to solve problems with innovative thinking
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
  • Experience as an office receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Greeting members, guests, and informing members of guest arrival
  • Scheduling and giving tours of our workspace
  • Signing up new members
  • Help and support Operations Manager with daily tasks
  • Helping and support Community Event Manager with events
  • Accepting packages and sorting mail
  • Opening and closing space daily
  • Keeping kitchen area cleaned up and the coffee flowing
  • Utilizing social media and other forms of marketing and communication channels to highlight our members and our community
  • Other duties as may arise from time-to-time
